What is the processing time? 
Please see the top bar on the main homepage for current processing times.

Do you accept cancelations?
If you wish to cancel your order you are able to do so within the first 24 hours of purchase. After that point your order won't be refunded or canceled.
Do you combine orders?
If your order has not been packaged, we can gladly combine your order!  Please send us an email and we'll let you know!  Please note that during sales, order volumes are higher and don't generally combine orders.

Do you accept returns and exchanges?
We do not accept any returns or exchanges due to the nature of the product.  If you are in any way unhappy with your order, please email me, as I really want you to love your stickers.

What if I type in the wrong Shipping Address?

Please double check before ordering! If you have the wrong address please email me immediately for this to be sorted.   We will not be responsible if your package is returned to us due to incorrect addresses or names on the package. If the package is returned to us, the buyer is responsible for fees to re-ship.

Do you take custom orders?

We can gladly do custom orders.  Please note that during busy times such as sales, we may not be offering customs so please email me prior to request a custom.  If you are wanting a custom done, please email me, as writing your request in the notes at checkout will not be accepted.  Customs do take longer to design so they do not qualify for discount codes or our $2 Tuesday deals.

Can I make changes to my order?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed we cannot add or subtract items from the invoice. Please make sure your order is correct prior to checkout.

Do you have Coupon Codes?
Coupon codes cannot be combined. By policy this platform allows one coupon code per order. Though I do have multiple codes available only ONE code can be used per transaction. Once an order is placed coupon codes cannot be added. Please do not leave coupon code in the notes section, it will not be applied.
Join the facebook group, follow on Instagram and/or subscribe to the newsletter to be in the know for coupon codes!

How long will it take for my order to get to me?
 

Once an item is marked 'shipped' it is then in the hands of the Canada Post, and is out of our control.

Here are some rough outlines to follow. Please note that these are just estimate time frames and DO NOT include processing times:

Estimated delivery times for Letter Mail (No Tracking) as per Canada Post:
- Within Canada, Estimated delivery is up to 3-15 Business Days.
- United States, Estimated delivery is from 4-20 Business Days.

International Shipping: Please note that shipping times vary, depending on the country it is travelling too. It can take up to 6 weeks for a package to be delivered Internationally. If you have any questions regarding shipping to International countries, please send us a message prior to placing an order.

During the Holiday Season (Nov 1 - Jan 15) Canada Post/USPS increases their approximate delivery times.

Please allow the Estimated Delivery time to pass prior to contacting me regarding an order that has not yet been delivered.

All orders have the option to be shipped with tracking.

The Estimated Delivery time has passed, what do I do?
Please send me an email and I will get back to you within 2 business days to get this sorted for you!

Will I be charged customs?
The recipient of any international shipment may be subject to customs brokerage fees, import duties, and taxes after the shipment reaches the destination country. Additional charges are the responsibility of the buyer because we have no control over these government-imposed charges and cannot determine what they may be. Customs policies vary greatly among countries. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
Privacy Policy
I will only be using your shipping and billing addresses and contact information to ship your orders, paying taxes (legal), my own private record keeping, promotional offers (via email).
